I'll Be at the Maldon Community Pantry Fundraiser — Saturday 31 October

I'm so excited to share that I'll be at the Maldon Community Pantry Fundraiser this October — and I'd love for you to come along.

Saturday 31 October | 9am–2pm

Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 50 High St, Maldon

The Maldon Community Pantry does genuinely important work supporting local families, and this fundraiser brings together some wonderful local makers, artisans, and food producers for a morning market. It's a beautiful event and a cause I'm really happy to be part of.

What I'll be bringing

I'll have a selection of handmade knitted goods on the day, including:

• Baby Gift Bundles — my handmade wool baby blanket paired with Oscar the Puppy comforter, $40 AUD. A really special newborn or baby shower gift.

• Knitted toys — bunnies, bears, puppies and comforters, all made from 100% natural wool, from $20.

• Beanies and scarves — seamless circular-knit accessories for adults and kids, from $20.

• Baby blankets and loveys — soft, machine washable, made for delicate skin.

Everything is handmade in my Maldon studio using natural wool and fibres. Quantities are limited — once pieces sell, they're gone for the day.

A little about what I make

I make all my pieces using a circular knitting machine, which gives each item a beautiful seamless finish while keeping the individuality and warmth of something truly handmade. I use natural wool because I love how it feels, how it lasts, and how gently it's made.

Markets are honestly my favourite way to share what I create. There's something really special about handing a piece to someone in person, watching them pick their colour, feel the wool. I hope to see you there.

Everything I'll be bringing to the market is also available in my online shop at handmadebyemma.net — I ship Australia-wide within 2–3 business days, with delivery typically within 5–7 business days from there.
